对于艺术家和粉丝作品

通常情况下，粉丝作品、同人、cosplay和其他YUZUYA衍生创作是允许的，只要它不完全与任何正式发布的内容/商品相同，并且不包括来自未授权的其他艺术家的粉丝插图。

任何与YUZUYA官方商品相同或高度相似的商品都可能会造成侵权。

YUZUYA的成人/成熟/NSFW作品是可以的。

YUZUYA不允许将他的声音用于AI生成器，包括但不限于音乐翻唱、音频创作、配音等。

YUZUYA不鼓励AI制作的粉丝作品。

如果您愿意让YUZUYA在流媒体缩略图、横幅、个人资料图片等中使用您的粉丝作品，请在您的作品中注明。

音频使用政策

YUZUYA建议不要重新分发、采样或直接重新上传他的音频内容，包括他的VA音频、ASMR和音乐。特别是如果该内容没有公开发布。他的任何重新上传都可能被删除，并可能导致法律行动。

如果不是完整音频并包含在某种形式的粉丝编辑中，则可以使用YouTube发布的音频。

A：Yuzuya的Patreon仅限成年人，并包含成人内容，即使得到父母/监护人的明确许可，未成年人也不能访问他的Patreon或相关成人内容。

By viewing YUZUYA’s content you agree to these terms.

For Minors

It is advised that all minors have prior parent or legal guardian permission before viewing any of YUZUYA’s content. This applies to livestreams, music, and audio content.

For donations, It is advised that all minors have prior parent or legal guardian permission before donating in any way. This includes but is not limited to YouTube Superchats, Memberships, Twitch Bits, Subs, etc.

Minors are prohibited from accessing YUZUYA’s patreon or 18+ content even with parental or legal guardian consent as it is not suitable for minors.

Any leaks from YUZUYA’s patreon are not officially released and are considered stolen property and could result in legal action as YUZUYA and team do not release them outside of the Patreon platform.

Livestream and Viewer Conduct

For livestreams, clips of the broadcast are allowed as long as it is not an entire broadcast or event re-uploaded without prior consent from YUZUYA. Any reuploads should be reported to YUZUYA and team.

YUZUYA and team does not encourage hateful conduct of any kind including but not limited to witchhunting or dog piling in defense of YUZUYA or the team.

It is expected that as a viewer you are composing yourself in a non aggressive or hateful manner and being respectful to YUZUYA and other viewers in the community.

Regarding official merchandise and use of assets

Do not sell, create, or distribute merchandise/fan-work using YUZUYA’s official model assets.

Do not sell or create merchandise similar to official YUZUYA merchandise.

Do not resell or re-distribute any official YUZUYA merchandise.

Do not sell or create merchandise using a fanwork without express permission from the original artist.

Fan created YUZUYA merchandise is okay to be sold if it is clearly stated it is “Unofficial” and not directly affiliated with YUZUYA. As well as not being identical to any already existing official YUZUYA merchandise.

These guidelines are subject to updates.

Generally fan art, doujin, cosplay, and other YUZUYA derivative works are allowed as long as it is not identical to any officially released content/merchandise, and does not include fan illustrations from another artist without expressed consent.

Fan created YUZUYA merchandise is okay to be sold if it is clearly stated as “Unofficial” and not directly affiliated with YUZUYA. As well as not being identical to any already existing official YUZUYA merchandise.

Any fan-work should be clearly stated as unofficial and/or not directly affiliated with YUZUYA.

Fanzine works/projects are okay as long as clearly stated has no direct affiliation with YUZUYA.

Adult/Mature/NSFW works of YUZUYA are okay.

YUZUYA does not allow for any use of AI or voice bank creation of his voice for AI generators including but not limited to music covers, audio creations, voice acting, etc.

YUZUYA does not encourage AI made fan-works.

If you are okay with YUZUYA using your fanwork for stream thumbnails, banners, pfp’s, etc. please state that somewhere in your work.

YUZUYA advises against redistribution, sampling, or direct re-uploads of his audio content including his VA Audio, ASMR, and Music. Especially if said content is not publicly released.

Any reuploads of his content are subject to removal and may result in legal action.

YouTube released audio are okay to use if it is not the full audio and included in some form of fan edit.

Any music explicitly stated as “Royalty Free” is allowed to be used in fanworks, streams, etc. All other music is subject to it’s individual copyrights. Unless otherwise stated by YUZUYA.

Do NOT use YUZUYA’s voice or audio for AI generators.

Can I Join Your Patreon If I’m A Minor But My Parent/Legal Guardian Gives Permission?
Yuzuya’s patreon is adult only and hosts adult content, even with expressed permission from a parent/guardian minors are not allowed access to his patreon or related adult content.

Can I draw my OC with YUZUYA?
In a SFW context this is okay, but please refrain from NSFW pairings as Yuzuya prefers to only be drawn with close friends. Solo art of Yuzuya is okay!

Can I draw my howler OC (YUZUYA community mascot) with YUZUYA?
Yes this is okay!

Can I use YUZUYA’s audio in an edit?
If it is an edit and not the entire audio.

Can I commission YUZUYA for voice work/custom audio?
Yuzuya does not accept requests from individuals. Any business or corporate request should be directed to his manager by email; yuzuya.staff@gmail.com

Is YUZUYA VT an official channel?
Yes, the youtube channel YUZUYA and YUZUYA VT are both official channels.
